With over three decades of experience as Vice President over claim administration and operations at Mutual of Omaha, Ken has established a service and solution reputation second to none. Over a 20 year time span, he built a division that established itself as the premier and preferred Special Risk program choice and claim processing area for most of the largest collegiate associations, national governing bodies, K-12 school programs, catastrophic and other participant accident programs in the U.S. Under the Cambridge Administrators flag, he has implemented and expanded the key service, risk management and cost control elements that have proven successful to clients over the years.

Director of Operations
Mari developed an extensive background in training, process documentation, plan building, system set up, vendor interaction and claim service over two decades within Mutual of Omaha’s Special Risk division. She intuitively understands the needs of customers and develops ongoing processes that continually evolve to meet future requirements. Her attention to detail ensures effective and accurate benefit plan building, tracking of claim details that support reporting needs and system configuration.
Mari’s primary responsibility is for business systems and reporting, as well as supporting claims, billing and accounting.
